Given all the changes in the world of Rugby Sevens over the last 6 months particularly the restructuring of the WSS into three Divisions, it has been incredibly difficult for teams across the new Div 2 and Div 3 to plan their events in 2026 until now.
Whilst we thought we had found a great date for the Great Lakes, it turned out that it was going to be difficult for a number of teams who wanted to enter. After listening to the needs of the teams to have meaningful competitions outside of Div 2 and Div 3 as well as the schedule for Regional Competitions such as Rugby Europe, we have managed to settle on

Held at the Amohoro National Stadium in Kigali, the team package includes
- 4 Nights accommodation (B&B) at our partner hotel(s) - Thursday - Sunday

The match officials provided by Sevens Referee are all very experienced and operating in some of the world's greatest competitions whilst training, growing and working with local referees; off field, the entertainment is managed by the team from Africa Centric Entertainment bringing plenty of party vibes to match the on-field action.
